Golf Memorial

In memory of a much-loved and long term employee, Mark Russell, we recently held the second annual Mark Russell Golf Memorial at East Brighton Golf Club, high up on the South Downs with 360 degree views encompassing rolling hills and the sea.  Members of Mark’s family were in the clubhouse to welcome the players back off the course, just as the weather started to turn for the worse.  Non-golfing staff members from the Brighton office joined the group for refreshments, the essential prize giving ceremony, and to reminisce about Mark and his love of the game.

The overall winner for the day was none other than our Group MD, Andrew Sim.

Money was raised from golfers’ Mulligan penalties and staff contributions and was donated to McMillan Cancer Support.
