HSQE Assurance Manager awarded Lead Accident Investigators' Certificate.
We are delighted to announce that Luminita Matei, HSQE Assurance Manager, has recently been awarded her Lead Accident Investigators’ Certificate. This followed an intensive 3 day course, which is considered to be a must-attend for in-house investigators who could become involved with investigations.
This in depth training course covered the investigation of workplace incidents and accidents, knowledge of the law with regard to accident investigation, RIDDOR, including how to gather evidence, conduct relevant interviews and analyse resulting information to reach a considered conclusion as to cause, and allowing the HSQE team the opportunity to continue to improve systems and processes to aid in avoiding similar incidents in the future.
Luminita will now be able to fully support the HSQE team in handling any necessary investigations. This is aligned with some of AGS One’s key principles of supporting appropriate skills training for staff, to allow them to reach their true potential, as well as remaining safety focused at all times and providing an excellent service for our clients.
